Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Harmony Haven Warriors does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

  • An address that cannot be serviced by our fulfillment partner.

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible United States orders totaling $75 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Shipping charges for orders below $75 are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

  • Production volume.

  • Carrier delays.

  • Weather or natural disasters.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Holidays.

  • Customs processing.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Harmony Haven Warriors is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Many Harmony Haven Warriors products are created specifically after an order is placed.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order concerns are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

  • Missing from the shipment.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. We may request photographs, order information, packaging photographs, or other documentation needed to review the issue.
