Return & Refund Policy

Harmony Haven Warriors values every customer. Because our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful, we ask that you carefully review this policy before making a purchase.
1. Made-to-Order Products
Each item is custom-made after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
Ordering the wrong size
Changing your mind
Ordering the wrong color
Buyer preference
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once verified, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
3. Lost Packages
If your package appears lost during shipping, contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the address.
Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be redirected.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your account after processing.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after purchase.
Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If production has not started, we will do our best to cancel your order.
Once production begins, the order generally cannot be canceled.
7. Sale Items
Unless required by law, discounted, clearance, promotional, or sale items follow the same return and refund policy described above.
